The hawker trade is slowly dying out in Singapore due to lack of interest from the younger generation of consumers. This downfall is attributed to the many hip and trendy food outlets that have been popping up over the last few years.
In order for Mei Hao Noodle House to appeal to the new generation of customers, I have decided that a more contemporary, but at the same time rustic, rebrand will help the hawker store stand out more amongst the sea of other eateries while still staying true to its values.
