The design of the seasonal menus embodies this ethos, serving not only as a guide to the dishes but as a refined expression of the brand’s identity.

Rooted in the Japanese appreciation for seasonality and impermanence, the menus are designed to evolve throughout the year—subtly shifting in tone, material, and visual rhythm to mirror the sensibilities of each season. This progression honours shun, the fleeting moment when an ingredient is at its peak, and reflects Mio’s commitment to offering an experience that is both grounded in tradition and deeply attuned to the present.
